刘创律师，毕业于中南财经政法大学，民商法硕士。2014年进入上海市申达律师事务所从事专职律师工作，现为北京观韬中茂（上海）律师事务所家事律师团队律师。

Ms.Liu Chuang graduated from Zho ngnan University  civil and commercial law of With a LL.M degree in Economics and Law. Since her graduation in 2014, she has been working as an attorney in Shenda, a well-known local law firm in Shanghai.

Ms.Liu Chuang is now a member of family lawyers group in Guantao（SH）Law Firm.

刘创律师的主要法律专业领域主要涵盖：家事法、劳动法、婚姻家庭与资本市场交叉领域。刘创律师已办理过近百起诉讼案件，并为多家知名企业提供法律顾问服务，广受客户好评。

Ms. Liu Chuang’s major business field covers: family law, labor law, capital market. She quickly earned high reputation among customers after acting in hundreds of litigations and serving many famous enterprises as perennial legal counsel.

2014年，刘创律师成为上海复恩社会组织法律服务中心志愿者律师，其代理的“郁今香纠纷案件”为公益组织处理志愿者用工纠纷提供借鉴性意义。

At present, Ms.Liu Chuang is the director of Fu’en Pro bono NGO,which is the first pro bono NGO in PRC.

2015年，刘创律师成为上海市长宁区虹桥街道公益法律项目志愿者律师，多次开展“法律进社区”主题讲座。

In 2015，Ms.Liu Chuang was appointed as a voluntary participant of Hongqiao Subdistrict Pro bono project,in which she gave many “law goes into community” theme lecture.

2016年，刘创律师受邀担任方德信家族办公室顾问律师，并致力于为高净值人士、家族企业客户提供优质、高效、创新的综合法律服务。

2017年，刘创律师被推荐担任“水莲花”基金会监事。
