高明月律师，2005年毕业于复旦大学法学院。
2005年-2007年在上海市律师协会工作。
自2007年始，高明月律师在上海市申达律师事务所从事专职律师工作。2012年，高明月律师成为上海市申达律师事务所合伙人。
2016年，上海市申达律师事务所与北京观韬中茂（上海）律师事务所整体合并，高明月律师成为合并后的北京观韬中茂（上海）律师事务所权益合伙人。
Mr.Gao Mingyue graduated from Fudan University School of Law in 2005, followed by working in Shanghai Lawyers Association by 2007.
Between 2007 and 2016å, Gao worked as an attorney in Shenda, a well-known local law firm, where he became a partner in 2012.
After the combination of Shenda and Guantao(SH),which is a national law firm, Gao became the senior partner of Guantao in 2016.
高明月律师的主要法律专业领域主要涵盖：家事法、保险法，婚姻家庭与资本市场交叉领域以及公益慈善法领域。
Mr. Gao’s major business field covers: family law, insurance law, capital market, charity law.
在家事法方面，2016年，高明月律师创立了观韬中茂（上海）家事律师团队，办理了数百起家事诉讼案件（婚姻、继承及家族企业纠纷）案件，取得良好的口碑。高明月律师团队所创立的微信公众号“婚姻家庭与资本市场”（Wechat Subscription：mingyuelvshi）也已逐渐成为家事法领域知名的自媒体品牌。
In the field of family law，Mr.Gao Mingyue founded the Guantao（SH）family lawyers group, which quickly earned high reputation among the field after acting in some famous family litigations（divorce, succession and family business cases）.The WeChat public account of the group is called“marriage, family and capital market” (Wechat Subscription: mingyuelvshi), known as one of the most famous family law we-media in PRC.
高明月律师多次为政府机关、大型银行、保险公司、信托公司、证券公司以及大型国企、家族企业做家族财富保护与传承的法律讲座，并在智合法律新媒体、三藏新媒体、微信及千聊等平台作家事法及财富传承的专题分享，获得广泛好评。
Mr.Gao Mingyue served many government agencies, large banks, insurance companies, trust companies, securities companies, large State-owned enterprises, family businesses by giving lectures and instructions about family wealth protection and succession. As a new media lecturer，he also gave highly-rated family law & wealth succession lectures Zhihe Legal New Media, Sanzang New Media, Qian Liao,etc.
在保险法方面，高明月律师曾担任多家知名保险公司常年法律顾问，并曾任上海市律师协会保险业务研究委员会委员，在保险法领域有着较深的造诣。高明月律师现已获邀担任太平人寿保险公司“名家讲师”，每年定期为太平人寿保险公司高净值客户做家族财富保护与传承的巡回演讲与授课。
In the field of insurance law, Mr.Gao Mingyue used to serve many insurance companies as perennial legal counsel and was appointed as a member of 7th Insurance Law Research Council of Shanghai Lawyers Association. Recently, Gao was Honored as a "Master Instructor" by Taiping Life Insurance Co.as he regularly serving high net worth clients by giving lectures and instructions about family wealth protection and succession.

Mr.Gao Mingyue is devoted to pro bono legal services, since the beginning of his legal career, Gao has been committed to provide legal assistance to vulnerable groups. The public interest litigation “Baoshan 12.28 gas explosion case” and “BMW case” agented by Gao was highly spoken by both professionals and non-professionals.

At present, Mr.Gao Mingyue is the director of Fu’en Pro bono NGO,which is the first pro bono NGO in PRC.
