服务于“一带一路”的语言研究：十周年之回顾与展望
摘要：“ 一带一路”倡议为语言研究提供了广阔的发展空间，同时语言研究也在服务“一带一路”建设中彰显出重要价值。报告将从国家语言政策、课题设计、学术研讨、科研机构设置、论文和著作、国际交流合作等方面梳理和总结十年来有关“一带一路”的语言研究所取得的成果，并对未来语言研究如何更好服务“一带一路”高质量发展提出展望。
A Decade of Language Research in the Service of the Belt and Road Initiative: Review and Prospect
Abstract: The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has provided broad development space for language research which in turn, has demonstrated great value in serving BRI building. Analyzing the achievements of language research on the BRI, including the national language policy, research topics, academic seminars, research institutions, research papers and books, and international exchange projects, this paper proposes recommendations for future language research that can better support the high-quality development of the BRI.
王辉，浙江师范大学杰出教授，国际文化与社会发展学院、国际中文教育研究院院长，博士生导师，博士后合作导师，国家社科基金重大项目首席专家，全国汉语国际教育专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员，《国际中文教育研究》主编。研究方向为：语言政策与语言传播，国际中文教育，国家语言治理能力等。主持国家社科基金项目4项。著有《澳大利亚语言政策研究》《全球化、英语传播与中国的语言规划研究》《“一带一路”国家语言状况与语言政策》（3卷）等。在《新华文摘》《世界汉语教学》《语言文字应用》《语言教学与研究》《西亚非洲》《光明日报》等刊物发表论文多篇。
Wang Hui, Distinguished Professor of Zhejiang Normal University, Dean of College of International Culture and Social Development, the Director of International Chinese Language Education Research Institute, Doctoral Supervisor, Co-Postdoctoral Supervisor, the Chief Expert of the Major Project of National Social Science Fund of China, member of National Steering Committee for International Chinese Language Postgraduate Education, and the editor-in-chief of International Chinese Language Education and Research. His research focuses on language policy and language communication, international Chinese language education, and national language governance capacity, among others. He is the author of A Study on Language Policy in Australia; Globalization, English Spread and Language Planning in China; and The Language Situation and Language Policy in the “Belt and Road” Countries (Volume 3), to name just a few. He published papers in journals such as Xinhua Digest, Chinese Teaching in the World, Applied Linguistics, Language Teaching and Linguistic Studies, West Asia and Africa, Guangming Daily among others.
摘要：本研究在英国开展，发现在跨国家庭中，远近家庭成员之间的多语言实践往往通过数字设备或面对面的方式实现。研究包含两个跨国社区（中国社区和波兰社区）中的六个家庭，聚焦情感相关的语言实践。数据来源包含餐间谈话、日常WhatsApp、微信文本信息，及其他数字设备上的家庭对话。研究以情感技能为分析框架，调查了家庭成员之间在情感谈判中的语言特征与家庭语言的情景用语。此外，还探索了多模态和语言相互结合促进“家庭谈话”互动动态的方法，以及在日常家庭生活中，孩子和家长在情感上定位自己的方法。研究结果包含了五种语言和非语言情感表达特点：表情包、昵称、指小词（爱称）、表明爱意、情境情感语言。在考察情感在家庭生活与家庭构建的作用后，研究结果有效促进了家庭语言政策文献发展。作为家庭语言政策中的关键因素，情感会直接影响家长对自身家庭语言的认知和投资。虽然这些认知和社会语言（往往代表着教育机会）有联系，但一但与情感表达有关，第一语言/家庭语言往往是重中之重。
‘Mom, I miss you
Abstract: This study is situated in the context of the UK, in which transnational families often engage in multilingual practices with their family members near and far via digital devices or face-to-face interactions. Involving six families from two transnational communities, the Chinese and the Polish, the study focuses on emotionally related language practices. Data sources include recordings of mealtime conversations, daily WhatsApp/WeChat texts, and digital mediated family talk. Using affective repertoire as analytical framework, the study investigates linguistic features and situated language use of home language(s) in emotional negotiations between family members. In addition, it explores how multimodalities and languages are mixed to contribute to the interactional dynamics underlying ‘family talk’ and how children and adults position themselves emotionally in moment-by-moment discourse of family life. Findings include five linguistic and non-linguistic features in emotional expression: emojis, term of endearment, diminutive, direct declaration of love, and situated emotive language use. The findings contribute to FLP literature by looking into how emotions are involved in the practices of family life and the construction of familyness. Emotions, as a key factor in FLP, are directly related to parents’ perceptions of and investment in their heritage language. Although these perceptions are linked to the powerful societal languages that often represent educational possibilities, when it comes to emotional expressions, the primacy is given to the first language/heritage language.
张晓兰，英国巴斯大学教育系应用语言学教授，亚洲教育研究中心主任，“语言、教育和实践”小组负责人。研究兴趣包括：儿童多语言教育和双语发展的意识形态、社会文化认知，以及相关的语言政策。积极从事研究工作，涉及英国、加拿大、法国和新加坡在内的双语／多语种的社区-家庭-学校语境，关注课程政策、教育语言政策和家庭语言政策等主题。最新研究项目是“家庭语言政策：跨国家庭中多语言实践的多层次调查”，由英国经济与社会研究理事会（ESRC）资助。在应用语言学领域论著成果众多，发表在主流学术期刊上，如《语言政策》《国际双语和双语教育杂志》《多语言和多元文化发展杂志》《语言和教育》《语言、文化和课程》等。
